This page summarizes the information practices relevant to the Google Play Data safety form. The Play Console declarations are based on the actual release build and may be updated when data flows change.

Data collected

Name, email, phone number, profile photo, listings, listing photos, approximate property location, messages, viewing requests, favorites, saved searches, and notifications.
Payment or subscription identifiers, amounts, and status; payment credentials are handled by the payment provider.
IP address and security/rate-limit logs.
Optional crash and ANR diagnostics: app/API version, Android version, exception class, and limited code frames.

Purposes

App functionality, account management, communication, listing management, analytics of listing activity, fraud prevention, security, customer support, and optional diagnostics.

Security and control

Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed, the mobile session token is encrypted with Android Keystore, and optional diagnostics can be disabled. You can edit eligible content or request account deletion at /account-deletion.

Important limitations

Public listings are visible to other users. Deletion may be subject to payment, legal, security, dispute, and backup-retention requirements. This page is a plain-language summary and does not replace the Privacy Policy.
