USK Realty Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how USK Realty (“USK Realty”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the USK Realty website or Android application (the “Service”).
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, password hash, and optional profile photo.
- Property and user content: listing details, addresses or approximate location, photos, descriptions, favorites, saved searches, viewing requests, and messages.
- Payments: subscription or payment order identifiers, amounts, and payment status. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by USK Realty.
- Technical and security data: IP address, session/security logs, app version, Android version, API level, and rate-limit events.
- Optional diagnostics: if you enable crash or ANR reporting, we receive the exception class and limited code frames. We do not intentionally include passwords, message contents, search text, or device identifiers in these reports.
- Local app data: language, theme, AI settings, an encrypted session token, and a limited cache of public listings for offline viewing.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, listings, search, messaging, viewing requests, favorites, notifications, subscriptions, customer support, fraud prevention, security, rate limiting, and optional diagnostics; to comply with legal obligations; and to improve reliability and performance.
Sharing
Public listing information may be visible to other users. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the Service, including hosting/security infrastructure, payment providers, map/tile providers, and image or font content delivery providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and legitimate business records. Optional diagnostic reports are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. You can request account deletion at /account-deletion. Deletion requests are reviewed and may not be immediate; payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legally required records may be retained for the applicable period, and backups may persist until normal rotation.
Security
We use HTTPS, password hashing, access controls, rate limiting, and encrypted Android Keystore storage for the app session token. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may edit or delete eligible listings, change account information, disable optional diagnostics in the app, log out, and request deletion. Contact Support for privacy questions or content concerns.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
