USK Realty Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of USK Realty’s website and Android application. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Service role
USK Realty is a marketplace and communication tool for real-estate listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, ownership, condition, price, legality, or suitability of any property or user-provided content. USK Realty is not a broker, agent, lawyer, lender, appraiser, or party to a property transaction unless separately agreed in writing.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Listings and content
You must have the right to publish each listing, photo, description, contact detail, and other content. Content must be accurate, lawful, non-deceptive, and kept current. You grant USK Realty a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format, and display your content to operate the Service.
Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, impersonation, illegal discrimination, harassment, threats, or abuse.
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights infringement.
- Spam, scraping, automated access, malware, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
- Posting passwords, payment credentials, government IDs, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Moderation and termination
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts when necessary for safety, legal compliance, security, violations, or service operation. Report concerns through Support.
Payments
Paid features and subscriptions are subject to the displayed terms and the applicable payment provider. Cancel recurring PayPal agreements through PayPal; deleting an account does not automatically cancel a billing agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, USK Realty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on listings.
Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
